Scintilla, an exhibition curated by Nastassja Simensky, opened at CoExist on Saturday.
Named after the latin word for spark or a tiny fraction, it includes works by three artists – Laura Cherry, Helen Edling and Chloe Brooks.
Nastassja explains: ‘the works all have subtle threads in them. They were chosen because they suggest a hint, a fragment… viewers can fabricate their own narrative. Lot of the works is quite playful and there is quite a few happy accidents, which create a sort of dialogue’.
