Miss Annabel Dee* Gallery & Studios are holding children’s clay workshops over the summer holidays after the success of the classes held over the Leigh Art Trail.
The workshops will be held by ceramicists Julie Spurgeon and Annabel Johnson who both have studios at the premises.
Tue 7 August / Tue 14 August / Tue 21 August / Tue 28 August
2-3pm- 4-7years
5-6pm- 8+ years
£5 per session.
After each hour session your child will come away with a clay masterpiece (to be collected after it has been fired).
They will be exploring the basic clay techniques such as coiling and pinch pots. Or it can be a chance for your child just to experience clay and have a ‘play around’ and make animals or plaques.
Your child does not have to come to every session but it is worth booking to ensure a space.
