Polish Arts Festival is getting into the swing with a Polonaise dance on the Pier.

Polonaise dance will take place simultaneously on two Piers – Southend (UK) and Sopot (Poland). The two events may be linked by video and shown to each audience on TV screens.

The events will last approximately 1 hour and involve large sections of the public doing Polish dance on two significant piers simultaneously. In Southend at the end of the longest pleasure pier in the world, and Sopot that has the longest wooden pier in Europe.

Southend Pier
13:30 – Polish Dance demonstrations
14:00 – Polonaise on the Pier for Big Dance

Sopot Pier
15:00 – Polonaise on the Pier (occurs at the same time as Southend event)
