Would you like to get involved in celebrating the London 2012 Games in Essex?
Have you got an idea for an arts project but don’t know where to get funding?
If the answer to these questions is YES then you are warmly welcomed to attend one of the Big 2012 Event Information sessions that are being running across the county during January and February 2011 – see below for details of your nearest venue. This will give you the opportunity to meet Lindsey Strange Arts Projects Manager or Belinda Farrell – International Cultural Festivals Manager from Essex County Council’s Arts and Heritage Team who will talk about:-
Essex’s plans to celebrate London 2012
Events that are being planned across the county
There will be presentations about:
- What is happening in your area
- How to apply for funding from the Arts in Essex Small Grants fund, which will help turn your idea into reality
- The evening will also include a networking session giving you an opportunity to discuss your plans your local event organiser and either Belinda or myself at the end of the session.
We look forward to meeting you and hearing about your ideas. Each session will last 1 – 1.30 hours. Places are limited please make sure you book a place with your local event organiser mentioned below:-
