Next week Belfairs High School is hosting two free screenings of Anthem short film.
The film by Sparky Media documents the Metal’s Anthem project involving 2000 school pupils and adults from across Southend singing a specially commissioned new piece of choral music by Tolga Kashif in celebration of the Olympic Torch visit to Southend on Friday 6th July 2012.
Monday 10th September – doors open at 6.30pm / screening at 7pm.
Tuesday 11th September – doors open at 6.30pm / screening at 7pm.
All tickets are free and available on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 6 tickets per household. You will need to book a free ticket to attend here.
The film is a really good keepsake of the project and copies will be available to purchase on the night for £5 or you can reserve a copy on 01702 470 700.
